What extra things do you carry in your boat?

How many times have you been out in your boat and had something go wrong and not have the tools to correct the problem? Problems can cause a fishing trip to be a complete disaster. Below is a list of things that I carry on my boat in case of emergencies and to help make the fishing trip an enjoyable experience.

These are some of the extra things that I carry in my boat:

• Bass Medics Rejuvenade to help keep the bass alive and active

• Camera

• Certified scales

• Measuring tape or Golden Rule

• Extra trolling motor propeller

• Brush clamp to clamp to trees, stumps, etc. for stationary fishing

• 2 anchors

• Extra propeller for the big motor

• Propeller wrench

• Extra set of spark plugs already gapped correctly

• Full set of tools that consists of wrenches, sockets and screwdrivers

• Extra set of keys for the boat

• Extra bulbs for the navigation lights

• Flashlight

• Spotlight

• Electrical tape

• Duct tape

• Water tight plastic bags to put camera, billfold, etc. in

• Roll of toilet paper sealed in water tight plastic bag

• Rain suit

• Binoculars for looking down the lake when the bass are schooling
