from a fishing tournament or barred from a fishing association for
cheating. As a tournament contestant, I agree to save and hold
harmless the "O.K. Angler Association", it's officials and volunteer
workers against liability resulting from negligence on my part. I
agree that officials and/or volunteers of the O.K. Anglers
Association shall not be held responsible for accident, injury, or
theft. If asked by officials to submit to a polygraph examination, I
will do so and abide by the results or be disqualified. I am over 16
years of age as of this date.
