For registration, rules, fees, payouts, calendar and other information, check out http://www.basskwondoteamtournamenttrail.webs.com or click on the Tournament Trail nav link at http://www.basskwondo.com I would appreciate any input and/or comments. Thanks in advance.

I just wanted to thank everyone for their input. I've considered the input that I've received and made some considerable changes to the Trail. Check it out and let me know if you are interested in signing up. Thanks again. I hope to hear from you.

The Trail is now open to 25 boats. Sign-up has already begun. We will be kicking off in Feb on Texoma for a 2 day tourney. We will fish Hugo (Mar.), Arbuckle (Apr.), Sardis (May), Konawa (June), Take a break in July, Elmer Thomas (Aug at night), Ft. Cobb (Sept.), and a 2 day Fall Finale on Eufaula (Oct.). Check it out. Click on the Tournament Trail link at http://www.basskwondo.com. $150 per boat on Texoma. $100 per boat Mar - Sept. $200 per boat on Eufaula. You must fish 3 Tournaments to be eligible for the Fall Finale. Payouts will be 40% for first, 30% for second, 20% for third, and 10% for Big Bass. Thanks!

Trail Updates: I've played with several scenarios and taken the advice of all who would offer it. You can check out the official rules and schedule by clicking on the "Tournament Trail" link at Basskwondo.com. The schedule is still pending permits and available dates. It is a 100% payout trail with no cap on boat numbers. Early registration is a $20 membership due to pay for tournament expenses like scales and such. Payouts are 40% for first, 30% for second, 20% for third and 10% for Big Bass. We will fish a 2-day in Feb, one Sat in Mar-Oct, and a 2-day finale in Nov. Lakes include Arbuckle twice, Murray twice, Ft. Cobb twice, Waurika twice (don't laugh, a 13 lber came out of there last year), Ellsworth and Lawtonka. I'm still open to advice and any comments will be appreciated. Thanks a bunch.

Thanks to all who have helped with feedback. In an attempt to further increase participation, I've once again revised the trail. We will be kicking off at Lake Murray this weekend. Feb 27 & 27/28.

NO membership dues. NO hidden fees. Show up and fish. $50/boat for Saturday only. $150/boat for Saturday/Sunday combined weight. $50 of the two-day $150 will go to Saturday's pot. Everyone will be competing for Saturday's pot. 1st=40%, 2nd=30%, 3rd=20%, Big Bass=10%. Same percent payout on Sunday for the combined days. You must decide if you will be fishing 1 or 2 days BEFORE the tournament begins. Saturday-only competitors will not be allowed to compete Sunday. Sat/Sun competitors will not be refunded if leaving early. Sat/Sun competitors have the chance to get paid TWICE! Also, gift cards will be awarded to the first two places out of the money on both days. AND there will be the opportunity for ALL participants to take advantage of some great deals on selected merchandise from Whopper Baits and Basskwondo.

I will be at the NORTH RAMP well before daylight to inspect livewells and accept entry fees. Call me with any questions or to let me know you are coming 580-704-6488. For official rules and details, click on the Tournament Trail link at http://www.basskwondo.com. Thanks and I hope to see you there.
