Rickman Caught this 7.86 lb bass on Lake Hudson. We caught a limit on Chartruese and White spinner baits, in 58 to 62 degree water. As always in early spring, they were slow rolled, and in two to four feet of water. The big fish was caught in a brush pile after about ten casts into it! We had a total of 19.61,
and won the tournament and had big fish. This lake has some huge fish in
it, you just have to get out and fish it early. Even though it was close
to freezing that day, we had no problem staying warm!!
